What a project is
A project is one product. It holds the site URL, the subreddits to watch, the keywords to search, and the inbox of matching threads. Starter includes 1 project, Pro 3, and Growth 10. Subreddit slots are shared across the account.
Add the site
Sign in and open a new project. Enter a name and the product URL. The URL is how CollectIntent reads what you sell before it suggests communities and keywords. You can change the name later.
Review the suggestions
The next step lists suggested subreddits and search keywords. Delete the ones that are only adjacent to the product, and add communities you already know buyers use. A tight list beats a long one: off-topic subs fill the inbox with threads you will never answer.
The free subreddit finder is a way to look up communities before you save them. It does not add them for you, and it does not publish a page for each community.
Run the first scan
Saving the project runs an initial scan. The free scan shows that matches exist. The full inbox, reply drafts, and later scans stay on a paid plan. Paid plans scan on a schedule: once a day on Starter, twice a day on Pro and Growth.
