Where signals land

Matches show up in the project inbox, not as a separate email per hit. Each row is a Reddit post or comment that matched your subreddits and keywords, with a purchase-intent score from 0 to 100.

What the score is for

The score is a sort key. A high score means the thread looks like someone choosing a product: they ask what to use, what to switch to, or what something costs. A low score means the keyword appeared in a thread that is not that decision. Open the high scores first.

The score is not a promise that the person will buy, and it is not a count of upvotes. Read the thread before you reply.

Triage

Mark a thread done when you have handled it, or skip it when it is the wrong conversation. That keeps the same thread from sitting at the top of the queue tomorrow. Leads and mentions are separate views of the same inbox, for threads that look like a buyer versus threads that name the product.
